Wolf Creek Weekend

This past weekend I revisited Wolf Creek with the BF and his little sis. The whole trip turned out to be way cheaper than skiing back East, with powder and bluebird skies to boot. S showed off on his teleskis while I stuck to my snowboard. All three of us had achy legs by Sunday, after two full days of being on the mountain, so we visited the odoriferous hot springs of Pagosa. The 111 degree "Lobster Pot" was nothing for our hardy souls and epidermises. After an hour and a half of soaking in sulphury serendipity and staring at the San Juan River, we called it a day. Monday left us with half a day back at Wolf Creek and then we headed back to the Dirty D for dinner at the 9th Door.

Now I only have a couple nights at home before I leave for Florida. IMBA's working at the Santos Trails Fat Tire Festival in Ocala, and I'm tagging along for a few days of epic singlespeed rides in the sun. Wish my sunscreen luck!
